Widespread Panic confirms long-awaited return to Indianapolis with two special performances at Everwise Amphitheater

Indianapolis, Indiana – Get ready, jam band fans! Widespread Panic is making a triumphant return to Indianapolis for the first time in nearly ten years. The legendary Georgia-based group has announced two highly anticipated performances at Everwise Amphitheater at White River State Park on August 8 and 9.

This marks the band’s first Indianapolis appearance since 2016, making the announcement particularly exciting for their loyal fanbase. With a career spanning over three decades, Widespread Panic has solidified its reputation as one of the most influential jam bands in the music industry. Known for electrifying live shows and improvisational mastery, the group has captivated audiences nationwide with performances at iconic venues such as Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado.

Beyond their headlining tours, Widespread Panic has become a staple at major music festivals, having played at Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, LOCKN’, and the ACL Festival. The band’s extensive catalog, which includes fan-favorite songs like “Ain’t Life Grand,” “Porch Song,” and “Up All Night,” continues to resonate with audiences old and new.

Adding to the excitement, Widespread Panic’s most recent album, Hailbound Queen, was released in November 2024, giving fans fresh material to experience live. The band has sold over 3 million albums throughout its career and was honored with an induction into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame in 2008.
