Bloomington, Indiana – Musicians and bands across Bloomington are being invited to step into the spotlight as the City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department officially opens applications for its 2026 Performing Arts Series, a summer tradition celebrating local talent through free outdoor concerts.
