Indiana prepares to strengthen its workforce as the 2025 Indiana Workforce Summit brings together leaders to deepen the Hoosier talent pool

Indianapolis, Indiana – Indiana’s economic future hinges on the strength and skill of its workforce, and next month, key stakeholders will gather to address exactly that at the 2025 Indiana Workforce Summit. Hosted by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, the two-day event on October 23-24 at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis will bring together leaders from education, government, and industry to explore how to develop a workforce ready for the challenges of tomorrow.

“This summit is an ideal way to bring together key stakeholders to connect, inform and learn from each other and put ideas into action to further build Indiana’s talent pipeline,” said Indiana Chamber President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders. Her comments underscore the goal of creating a coordinated, future-ready workforce that benefits both individuals and businesses across the state.

The summit agenda is designed to tackle a broad spectrum of workforce issues. Attendees will also explore the potential of cross-sector partnerships and strategies for training veterans to maximize their career opportunities.

Beyond its immediate objectives, the Indiana Workforce Summit reinforces the Chamber’s broader mission. Representing 25,000 members and investors and encompassing more than four million Hoosiers, the Chamber has long aimed to cultivate a world-class environment that provides economic opportunity and prosperity. This summit represents a tangible step toward that vision, connecting stakeholders who can directly influence the growth and sustainability of Indiana’s workforce.

By highlighting innovation, collaboration, and strategic planning, the summit also underscores the importance of forward-looking workforce policies.
