Indianapolis, Indiana – The Indy Chamber, in partnership with its Hispanic Business Council (HBC), has officially opened nominations for the 2026 Conexión 5 for 500, a program recognizing the achievements of Hispanic- and Latino-owned businesses making a meaningful impact across the Indianapolis region. The announcement, made on Tuesday, Feb. 10, highlights the Chamber’s ongoing commitment to fostering economic inclusion and celebrating entrepreneurship within Central Indiana.
Now in its latest edition, Conexión 5 for 500 is designed to spotlight five businesses that demonstrate leadership, innovation, and community engagement while helping build a more inclusive regional economy. The program is part of the broader Conexión event series, which offers Hispanic entrepreneurs and professionals the opportunity to expand networks, increase visibility, and access strategic resources to compete for regional projects.

Nominations for the 2026 awards will be accepted through Tuesday, March 10, and the program encourages participation from community members, business leaders, and regional partners. Businesses can be nominated in one of five award categories, each highlighting a different dimension of entrepreneurial success:
