Indianapolis, Indiana – Coca-Cola Consolidated is strengthening its presence at one of the most iconic sporting venues in the world through a new multiyear partnership with Indianapolis Motor Speedway, tying a familiar brand even more closely to race-day traditions and community engagement surrounding the Indianapolis 500.

Under the agreement, Coca-Cola becomes the official soft beverage and water sponsor of IMS, a designation that places the company at the center of the fan experience throughout the racing season. The partnership also names Coca-Cola Consolidated as the official partner of the Indy 500 Red Carpet, a high-profile event that marks the ceremonial start of race day and celebrates the drivers, teams, and personalities who define the sport.

Beyond branding inside the Speedway, the partnership extends into the surrounding community. Coca-Cola Consolidated will take part in a series of fan-focused activations, including Indy 500 Porch Parties and the annual Bike to the 500 event, both of which are designed to bring fans together while highlighting the culture and excitement that build throughout the Month of May.

“Coca-Cola Consolidated has been our neighbor and a part of the community for generations,” INDYCAR and IMS President J. Douglas Boles said. “Sharing a Coke with fellow race fans will once again be a Race Day tradition.”

For Coca-Cola Consolidated, the partnership reflects a long-standing connection to Indianapolis and the state of Indiana. As the nation’s largest Coca-Cola bottler, the company serves more than 13,700 businesses across Indiana and employs more than 1,300 teammates at nine facilities statewide. Company leaders say the agreement with IMS is about more than visibility at a major sporting event; it is also about reinforcing local ties.

“As Indianapolis’ local Coca-Cola bottler and the official beverage provider for IMS, we are thrilled to partner as the official soft beverage and water sponsor,” said Heather Hucks, vice president of consumer connections at Coca-Cola Consolidated. “There’s just something special about watching a race with a Coca-Cola in your hand, and we’re excited to be part of creating lasting memories alongside race fans, while taking important steps to positively impact the Indianapolis community.”

Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Coca-Cola Consolidated has operated for more than 124 years and emphasizes its role as a community-focused company. In Indiana, that commitment shows up through local employment, business partnerships, and event support tied to major moments like the Indianapolis 500.

The Indy 500, often called “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing,” continues to draw hundreds of thousands of fans to IMS each May, along with a global television audience. With Coca-Cola now positioned as the official soft beverage and water sponsor, the brand will be a constant presence for fans attending the race, from pre-race festivities to the final laps.

IMS officials say partnerships like this one help enhance the overall fan experience while supporting events that connect racing to the broader community. Community activations tied to the partnership are expected to grow over the coming years, aligning with Coca-Cola Consolidated’s focus on engagement beyond the track.

Tickets for the 110th Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge, along with all Month of May events at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, are currently on sale through IMS.com. As preparations build toward another historic running of the race, Coca-Cola Consolidated’s expanded role signals a renewed emphasis on tradition, community, and shared moments that extend far beyond the checkered flag.
