Bloomington to host a free New Year’s Resolution Health and Wellness Fair on Saturday, January 10

Bloomington, Indiana – As the calendar turns to 2026, Bloomington residents will have a chance to jump-start their health goals at a new community event focused on wellness, connection, and fresh beginnings. The first annual New Year’s Resolution Health & Wellness Fair is scheduled for Saturday, January 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at The Warehouse, located at 1525 S Rogers St in Bloomington.

The free, family-friendly event is designed to bring people together in a welcoming space where health and wellness take center stage. Organizers say more than 60 vendors will be on site, offering a wide range of services and ideas. From fitness programs and nutrition guidance to holistic therapies and preventive care, the fair aims to cover many paths to better well-being under one roof.

One of the highlights of the day will be the chance for attendees to meet directly with local health professionals. Visitors can talk one-on-one with experts, ask questions, and learn more about resources available in the community. In addition, Paragon’s doctors will host free health Q&A sessions, giving people an opportunity to receive personalized insights and practical advice in an informal setting.

Food will also play a major role in the experience. Two well-known local vendors will be offering healthy options throughout the event. Planted Bloomington will serve creative plant-based “flats” and seasonal dishes made with fresh, local ingredients. Fresh Fork will be on hand with nutritious meal prep solutions designed to support busy lifestyles while keeping health goals on track.

Beyond information and food, the fair promises an upbeat and energetic atmosphere. Attendees can take part in raffles and receive goodie bags filled with wellness-themed items. Organizers say these extras are meant to add an element of fun while encouraging people to stick with their resolutions well beyond January.

“Our goal is simple: to help our community feel their best and build lasting wellness habits,” said the team at Paragon Wellness Center. “This event is all about fun, inspiration, and real connections with local experts and businesses who share our passion for whole-person health.

We’re dreaming big—we want this to grow into the biggest health and wellness gathering in the state, and we’re starting right here in Bloomington. Who knows – maybe we’ll change some lives!”

Admission to the fair is completely free, and no registration is required. Organizers encourage people to stop by at any point during the four-hour event, whether they plan to stay briefly or spend the afternoon exploring everything offered.

The fair is open to anyone interested in improving their health, learning something new, or simply enjoying a positive way to spend a January Saturday. Whether someone is recommitting to fitness, exploring new nutrition ideas, or just looking for motivation to start the year strong, the event offers something for all ages and experience levels.

Additional details about the New Year’s Resolution Health & Wellness Fair can be found on several online event pages, including Facebook, Visit Bloomington, Eventbrite, and the Bloomington Chamber of Commerce. Organizers hope the turnout will reflect the community’s shared interest in starting 2026 with energy, balance, and optimism.
