Bloomington, Indiana – Employers looking to connect with talented and driven students at Indiana University now have the chance to register for the Fall 2025 Career Fairs, hosted by the College of Arts and Sciences and the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Registration is officially open, and employers are invited to take part in a series of career-focused events happening on the Bloomington campus this fall.
These events offer a timely opportunity for organizations seeking to recruit interns for spring and summer 2026, or to fill entry-level positions for students graduating between December 2025 and May 2026. With a wide range of academic backgrounds and hands-on experiences, IU students are prepared to step into roles that make an immediate impact in the workplace.
“This will be a great opportunity to connect with students seeking spring/summer 2026 internships, or full-time entry level jobs following graduation in December 2025-May 2026,” organizers stated. “You can look forward to meeting students with a unique combination of studies, skills, and experiences who can help move your organization forward.”
Indiana University is offering a variety of career fairs this fall, each tailored to different industries. Some events are smaller in size, limited to just 20 organizations, to ensure a more focused and meaningful interaction between students and employers. These industry-specific fairs provide a less overwhelming atmosphere and make it easier for recruiters to identify the right candidates.
Here’s the lineup of upcoming events:
• Consulting Careers Focus Fair: September 11, 2–5 p.m.
• All Industries Career & Internship Fair: September 16, 2–6 p.m.
• Retail Careers Focus Fair: September 17, 2–6 p.m.
• Environmental Careers Focus Fair: October 7, 2–5 p.m.
Each fair is designed to attract students from across both undergraduate and graduate programs. Whether a student is in their first year exploring career paths or preparing to graduate and begin a full-time role, they are encouraged to attend, engage with employers, and explore new possibilities.
IU’s career services teams are also making it easier for employers to maximize their visit. Recruiters interested in interviewing students the day after a fair can reserve space on campus with assistance from the university. This makes it more convenient to follow up with potential hires and streamline the recruiting process.
“Students from all stages of their undergraduate and graduate careers attend our fairs to learn about your organization, share their skills, and actively seek out opportunities,” the announcement continued. The fairs not only help employers connect with talent, but also allow students to gain valuable networking experience.
